How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
- Unpacking video is required for claims related to damage or missing items.
- Contact Support: Send a photo and unpacking video showing the defect.
- Return Process: Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Reimbursement: Send the return parcel, share the courier receipt, and we’ll reimburse shipping costs. Note: We do not offer courier pick-up services.
Size Issues:
- Exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery for size issues.
- Return Process: Contact support for return address and instructions.
- Shipping Charges: Customers pay for return shipping.
- Unsure of size? Send us your measurements, and we’ll help you choose.
Wrong Item or Size Received:
- Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- We’ll provide return instructions and reimburse shipping after receipt of courier receipt.
Terms and Conditions for Returns:

- The product must be unused and unaltered.
- Securely package the item for return.
Processing Your Return:
- Exchange Processing: 2 working days after receiving the returned item.
- If the item is unavailable, we offer store credit or an alternative product (no refunds).
