Return & Exchange
At MMWEARMENT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure prompt shipping and a seamless exchange process to support every customer’s needs.
- Orders placed before 1 PM are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 1 PM are sent the next business day. Pre-order items will ship as per the scheduled date mentioned in the product title. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days based on your location.
- We currently do not offer refunds—only exchanges are provided. Return eligibility is limited to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, and exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- For size or quality issues, a courier charge of ₹100–₹200 (based on region) will apply for reverse pickup and reshipping.
- For wrong or damaged items, a continuous, unedited unpacking video showing the product and parcel weight is mandatory.
- Reverse pickups will be arranged once; if missed, the customer must send the item manually. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, free from odor, and have all original tags intact.
- All exchanges are subject to a quality check, and the full process may take 7–10 business days after approval. The exchange/replacement Items will be delivered in 10-12 days.
