At mmwearment, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless exchange process. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. Kindly review the following guidelines:

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Here is a summary of the applicable scenarios and courier charges for exchange requests:

  1. Wrong Item Shipped

    • Courier Charges: ₹200 will be refunded after placing the exchange request.

  2. Defective Item Received

    • Courier Charges: ₹200 will be refunded after placing the exchange request.

  3. Size Issues (Large/Small)

    • Courier Charges: ₹200 is charged for reverse pickup + reinitiating from the warehouse.

  4. Product Quality Issue

    • Courier Charges: ₹200 is charged for reverse pickup + reinitiating from the warehouse.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags intact.

  • An unpacking video is required for exchange requests related to damages, defects, or missing items. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used or washed.

  • Items returned without an unpacking video as proof for damage or missing claims.

Reverse Pickup:
We will arrange a reverse pickup, and the customer must hand over the parcel on the scheduled date. Failure to return the parcel on the specified date will require the customer to return the item at their own cost.


Refund Policy

No Refunds Provided:
We do not offer cash refunds, bank refunds, or any other form of refunds. Only exchanges will be provided, subject to the conditions of the Exchange Policy being met.


Important Notes:

  • Items returned must pass a quality check, which includes:

    • Product being unused and unwashed.

    • Tags remaining intact with no odors present.

  • The exchange process may take 7-10 business days from the date of return approval.
