Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We accept exchanges only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects. Please note the following:
- Unpacking video is mandatory for all claims related to damage or missing items. This video will serve as proof.
- Contact our support team with an image and unpacking video showing the defective or damaged area.
- Once confirmed by us, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
- After sending the return parcel, share the courier receipt with us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.
- Please note, that we do not offer courier pick-up services and rely on third-party couriers.
Tracking Your Order
To track your order:
- Go to the "Track your order" page.
- Enter your phone number and OTP.
- In the "Order Detail" page, check under "Shipments" for tracking updates.
You will also receive tracking information via email and text message. Before dispatch, we weigh the parcel and note the weight on the courier package. For any missing claims, you must submit an unpacking video showing the weight of the parcel.
Size Issues
If there is a size issue, exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Contact our support team within 2 days of delivery.
- We will provide you with the return address and the exchange procedure.
- Courier charges for sending the parcel back will be paid by the customer.
- If you're unsure of the correct size, share your recent measurements with us, and we’ll help you choose the right size.
Wrong Item or Size Received
If you received the wrong item or size:
- Report the issue to us within 2 days of delivery.
- Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- After you send the parcel back, share the courier receipt with us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.
- Please note, we do not offer courier pick-up services and rely on third-party couriers.

- The product must be in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and unsoiled).
Steps for Returning an Item
- Contact customer service within 2 days of delivery.
- Ensure the product is in its original condition.
- Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our team.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate the exchange process, which typically takes 2 working days.
If the replacement product is not available, you will be eligible for store credit equal to the product’s value, or you may select an alternative product. Refunds are not available.
