At MMWEARMENT, we prioritize the prompt and reliable dispatch of your orders. 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the order date (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays).

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

- Customer Care: 6381615217

- Tamil Nadu: 1 to 3 business days via Professional Courier 

- Other States in India: 3 to 9 business days via Indian Post 

To track your order, visit the “Track Your Order” section on our website, and enter your phone number and OTP. This will direct you to the order detail page, where you can track your shipment under the "Shipments" section. Additionally, we will send tracking details and updates via email and text message.

We partner with Professional Courier and Indian Post to ensure your delivery gets to you safe and sound. 

Please note that courier services are third-party providers, and while we strive for timely deliveries, we do not have full control over their operations. If your product has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our customer care team.

In cases where incorrect or insufficient contact information or addresses are provided, the product may be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin). We will bear the return courier charges for the parcel’s journey back to our warehouse. 

To avoid delays, please ensure your mobile number and address are accurate before placing the order. If we are unable to reach you via phone, we will send an email to initiate contact and coordinate a re-attempt of delivery.
